Cultivar(s): Icatu. A unique cultivar developed in Brazil in the early 1970's. It is a hybrid of Mundo Novo and Caturra, two popular cultivars known for their quality and flavor.

Process: Honey 

Roast: Medium-Light

Sensory Notes: Vibrant & Sweet - This exceptional coffee combines the perfect balance of sweet and tart citrus. A juicy pomelo-like acidity, rich molasses brown sugar and a crisp Bartlett pear-like finish harmonize.
